Wendy + Chris is the new gallery for today.
For now check out some awesome recommendations I have been getting.... you know, just to throw that out there!!!.... :)
An interview with past bride, Dawn Pearce with a wedding coordinator of out NYC:
Wedding Date & Location: September 19, 2008, ceremony started at 3pm, Tribes Hill, NY
Would you recommend the photographer to your friends: I already have! My friend booked her based on my recommendation. I have also recommended her to several friends and family and I have even hired her for two more family events and she did a smashing good job!
Did the photographer get the shots the expected and wanted: Yes and MORE! I just found a really cool one I never noticed this morning! :o) Picture #2 called dancepractice -
My husband and I were getting our sneak look in the reception and decided to practice our dancing skills (which we bombed) and they took this picture. I honestly never noticed it until this morning when I was looking threw all my pictures. I was so happy and it is not going to be added as 191 of my favorites.
Were you satisfied with his work: beyond satisfied. We ordered a book that would fit 100 images and had to up it in pages to the highest it could go with 150 images (more money of course) and now I am down to 190 favorite pictures and somehow have to pick just 150...it's VERY hard.
Was the photographer on time: She and her team were early
Did you have a videographer: Yes a good friend
Did he work well with the videographer: Couldn't even tell either one was there and they only each had wonderful things to say about each other
Was he or she professional to work with throughout the entire process: VERY!
Did the guests have any comments: They were impressed with the fact the photographers were everywhere and never seemed to slow down and kept up with the pace of the night or get in the way. I just added some of Alisha's pictures on my facebook and a friend wrote: This is picture #1 called thekiss
"love this pic.. you should be obsessed because they came out great!!!! the photographer is wonderful!"
All my other friends and family gushed about the pictures once they were published.
I spent about 5 months looking at photographers in NY, CT, VT, MA, NJ, ME, PA, NH and many more. I was looking for the best photographer and would not budge until I found the right one. I must have talked to at least 50 photographers via phone and in person. I must have looked at thousands in my searches. Alisha and her work stayed with me for weeks after I found her. Also upon our first meeting, she drove 2.5 hours each way for a 1 hour meeting with me and my planner. That alone was amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to get along with.
I feel her work speaks for itself and I hope that after these questions and my personal stories...you will see this as well if you already don't!
Thanks Dawn!
