I hope everyone had very moist turkey and spicy pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving. We are back in the office and back to work!

Today, Lillie was born on Thanksgiving 4 years ago! It's also my anniversary of my survival of 32 hours of labor, yeah! I like to call 'jibblet' this time of year.

Hey guys!
I had a impromptu session with my sister in law while in St. Louis. Things ran SUPER late (someone lost their car keys) so we were running out of daylight, FAST. I pulled over to the closest field I could find and thought they came out AMAZING! I will surely be doing more session on the side of the road! We had to do it then, as I was on a plane back to NY in the morning.

Thanks everyone for the calls, e-mails, text messages, twiters, myspace messages, and bonsai trees for my birthday. Luke and I had a GREAT time in NYC. It's was great to go on a mini vaca, even for a day.
Another big celebration in order as this is my five year anniversary photographing the Torti Family.
My five year anniversary gift to Sabrina, from Proposing Dreams, is not to post a really bad picture of her on my blog like I've done every year. :) Instead, I'll post a really good one.
We had a great time in Forest Park this year. I think we may do it sooner next year as it was pretty cold in mid-November!
I'm sure it will seem like I will photograph Mason's wedding next. Where does the time go????

Never have I met such a little one with such a big personality! Grace is the cute little daughter of my couple, Marissa and William. I saw them at a wedding while in St. Louis and I INSISTED on shooting Grace again, how could I resit?
The blog and studio will be on a three day birthday break. Today is my birthday (29!) for those counting. Luke surprised me with a trip to NYC! YEAH! He is taking me to Tiffany's on 5th (my favorite store ever) and Ice Skating @ Rockefeller Plaza.

Wow, am I ever so busy when I go back to St. Louis! I try and cram as much as I can while I'm there, both professionally and personally. I had two weddings, SIX family or engagement sessions, a birthday party, two meetings, a dress fitting, a hair appointment, dozens of dinners with family and friends, and a workshop all within 11 days! WHEW!
I'm so tired and so happy to be at home to catch up this week.

It was sooo cold the day we did this engagement in St. Louis but the colors still so pretty! Emily and Ryan were two tough cookies.
